Dataweave has provided my company with competitive insight data for the past year. We've found it to be both accurate and timely. The onboarding process was seamless; they are very organized and their customer support model has been super helpful in continuing to refine the process. Ease of use is a huge plus of this service. All of our product categories are available to select from with the ability to pivot by competitor to drill down and find opportunities quickly. The communication of the team has been great. They have reached out to address issues and have kept us in the loop during maintenance of their system and troubleshooting our data. A lot of the competitor products we end up finding aren't usually exact matches. A lot of the time, the products are not the same, or there are not enough exactly-matched products across competitors to make a sufficient impact. There are cases where there are only minor filtering issues with the matched products, so getting to those is not a huge issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
